About this space Welcome to The Spring Lodge, a luxurious and spacious retreat on a flat 5+ acre property in Monticello, ideal for family groups and large gatherings. This strictly kosher, four-story lodge combines elegance, comfort, and thoughtful amenities, including a shul, mikvah, fully equipped kosher kitchens, and private eiruv. Outdoor seating, play-ground, and trampoline complements this wonderful experience, creating a perfect setting for relaxation, observance, and family memories. Please note: guests should plan to bring their own minyan on weekends, though there are shuls within a 2-minute walk during the summer, and 3-minute drive to year-round minyan. The space PROPERTY FEATURES Lower Floor: A shul , a cozy mikvah, and a laundry room (bring your own essentials). This floor also provides 20 zmirot and 15 siddurim/Chumashim for guests' convenience, plus a bonus room with indoor and outdoor toys and an extra fridge/freezer. A half bathroom is also on this floor. First Floor: Spacious living room, dining area with seating for up to 50, and fully equipped kosher separate milchig and fleishig kitchens. The fleishig kitchen includes two full gas ranges, two hot plates, a 22-qt crockpot, fridge, freezer, and two parve ovens. The milchig kitchen includes 2 burner cooktop, toaster oven, and hot water urn. Provided items include tablecloths, a challah cover and knife, a Havdalah set, and coffee. Second Floor: Five bedrooms, three of which are en-suite. The other 2 can be used as a private suite with a private foyer and door for convenience, includes 2 bedrooms, one full bedroom and another bedroom with bunk beds and one full bathroom. They can also be used as two separate couple rooms, the bottom materessses of the bunk beds are top quality orthopedic mattresses, ensuring you a comfortable night sleep. Third Floor: Five bedrooms with versatile sleeping options—all five with full beds (two beds per room) and two with additional  bunk beds. This floor includes a full bathroom and a half bathroom. Outdoor Amenities: The expansive, flat 5+ acre property features a large  deck with ample seating, a trampoline, a spacious playground, and a private eiruv, making it ideal for family activities. Nearby Amenities Located just a 2-minutes drive from Mountain Square Mall and a variety of shopping and dining options, including Boosur Meat & Deli, Crepes & Bowls, Casa Cava Pizza, Home Depot, and Walmart (open year-round).   • This home is located in a quiet tight-knit neighborhood; please respect the privacy of our neighbors at all times.

  • No loud noise or parties are allowed, especially during evening and nighttime hours.

  • No food allowed in sleeping areas, food should be contained to first floor area.
  • Food should not be left outside of the house, please bring in any food leftovers.
  • No furniture should be moved from their designated room, expet for mattreses and folding chairs.
  • Trash should be kept indoors only in the designated garbage cans, any garbage bags taken out of the cans should be taken outdoors to the dumpster.
  • Please put trash taken outside only in the dumpster and make sure the lid is closed at all times.

  • No smoking inside the house or on the property.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Guests must not park in neighbors' driveways or block access to neighboring properties.

  • Guest should keep a clear path for the garbage-truck in the driveway during weekdays to avoid garbage pick-up interuption.  

  • No cancellations within 30 days of check-in.

  • Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property; please do not bring more guests than what the reservation allows without prior approval.
