This home is located in a quiet tight-knit neighborhood; please respect the privacy of our neighbors at all times.

No loud noise or parties are allowed, especially during evening and nighttime hours.
- No food allowed in sleeping areas, food should be contained to first floor area.
- Food should not be left outside of the house, please bring in any food leftovers.
- No furniture should be moved from their designated room, expet for mattreses and folding chairs.
- Trash should be kept indoors only in the designated garbage cans, any garbage bags taken out of the cans should be taken outdoors to the dumpster.
- Please put trash taken outside only in the dumpster and make sure the lid is closed at all times.

No smoking inside the house or on the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests must not park in neighbors' driveways or block access to neighboring properties.
- Guest should keep a clear path for the garbage-truck in the driveway during weekdays to avoid garbage pick-up interuption.
