House rules
Security: Before leaving the house, make sure that the doors are locked. Don't lock the doorknob, just the combination lock.
Bathrooms: Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper. NO FRESH WIPES, FACIAL TISSUES OR TOILETRIES (even flushable wipes) flushing anything else other than the toilet paper we provide will cause a backup, and you will be responsible for the repair. Remember to cut toilet paper for shabbos.
Kitchen: This is a glatt kosher kitchen. Please do not mix up the dishes or put them into wrong sinks. Paper goods are not included, but feel free to use if there's any.
Air Conditioner: Air conditioner should be left on auto cool, adjusting only the temperature control to your comfort. Placing the A/C unit below 70 degrees is not recommended as this will cause it to freeze.
Furniture: Do not move any furniture from its original place, there will be a fee for any damage.
Towels: Extra towels can be found in the linen closet. Please do not leave them outside when using for the pool.
Smoking: This house is a non-smoking house.
Food/Beverages: Please do not leave any food or beverages around the house. (even if its in good condition)
Garbage: Trash pick up is every Tuesday and Friday. Recycling is every other Wednesday. Please put cans out by the curb the night before pickup if needed.
Noise: Please be considerate of the neighbors when enjoying the outdoors at night.
Maintenance: The pool is cleaned by our professional maintenance crew once a week. They have access and will enter through the side gate.
There is a pool net as well in the gazebo if you need. The pool heater is set to a default temperature, you may adjust to your comfort.
